The application window is NOW OPEN!
We are accepting applications through February 28, 2025 for our Spring Semester Cohort
As part of the Co-Op Program, you will have the opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience in areas like business consulting, data science, data engineering, technology, and sales; all while earning money, making connections in the technology industry, and continuing to pursue your college degree.
We are looking for students:
- Pursuing a variety of majors (e.g., Business, Computer Science & Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, and more) and enrolled in various Penn State colleges (e.g. IST, Engineering, Smeal, Eberly, Schreyer)
- With Sophomore or above semester standing, and at least one year of academic study prior to obtaining a degree (meaning a PSU graduation date of May 2026 or later)
- Able to work up to 20 hours per week during the school year, and up to 40 hours per week during summer break.
- Able to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Able to obtain US government security clearances, if needed
Apply now to any of these great roles across our IBM Consulting and IBM Technical Sales Organization. Co-Op students are paid hourly and will have workspace in our IBM Suite in the Westgate Building on campus. During summer break, students generally work remotely from home, though could potentially travel for business meeting(s) at IBM’s expense.
If you have questions or would like to learn more information about our Co-Op Program, you are welcome to attend an Information Session Tuesday, February 18th from 7pm to 8pm in Room E205 Westgate Building.
