Before You Leave
- Submit the College of IST Exit Survey
- Update your forwarding mailing address in LionPATH to receive future correspondence from the University and the college
- Submit a W-4 to the Payroll Office to provide them your forwarding address for tax documents. Update your information online in Workday
- Clean out your laboratory space
- Return your parking pass and keys to the Office of Facilities
- Return any library books
