Applying to IST

Whether you’re starting fresh, changing majors, or pursuing a graduate degree, there are several steps to applying to Penn State.

Undergraduate Admission

Penn State's rolling application opens each year on August 1. It is highly recommended that you complete your application by the priority deadline of November 30 as admission becomes more competitive after this date. Applying by this priority deadline gives you the best chance of admission to your first-choice campus and program.
