ETI 297-001: Introduction to Enterprise Technology Integration (Fall 2025)

This course explores the essential relationship between IT and business, introducing students to core concepts that enable IT to support and enhance business operations. Students will study data management and the importance of data as a valuable business asset, delve into the fundamentals of cloud computing and enterprise systems, and learn about analytics as a tool for decision-making.

The course covers systems integration to create cohesive IT ecosystems, project management for IT initiatives, and communication and teamwork skills critical for cross-functional collaboration. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to understand how IT functions within the broader business context and apply best practices for supporting business goals through technology.
