Alex is a graduate student at Pennsylvania State University, where he is pursuing a Master of Science in Informatics with an expected graduation in August 2025. Alongside his academic studies, Alex is currently working part-time at Northrop Grumman, where he is involved in developing and maintaining SAP Fiori applications using JavaScript and ABAP to help with the efficient and safe production of U.S. military aircrafts.
During his undergraduate studies at the Pennsylvania State University, Alex demonstrated a remarkable dedication to interdisciplinary learning by triple majoring in Computer Engineering through the College of Engineering, Psychology (Quantitative Skills Option) through the College of the Liberal Arts, and Integrative Science (General Option) through the Eberly College of Science.
Alex’s coursework for the Spring 2025 semester includes IST 521: Human-Computer Interaction: The User and Technology, IST 525: Computer-Supported Cooperative Work, IST 526: Development Tools and Visualizations for Human-Computer Interaction, and IST 564: Crisis, Disaster and Risk Management. These courses are equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of the technological landscape that companies and research labs operate in.
