Basic Qualifications
- 1 -2 years until graduation at Penn State (graduating May 2028 or later)
- STEM focus (Colleges of IST, Engineering, or Smeal College of Business)
- Interested in an IBM Consulting or Sales role post graduation
- Desired hard skills: AI, Machine Learning, Developer/programming skills Package Consultants, Business Transformation Consultants, Data Scientists, Data Engineers
- Soft skills: Communication, business skills, presentation, growth mindset

- Next Cohort begins May 24, 2027
- Program length: 1 - 2 years
- All positions are HYBRID
- Co-Ops positions are paid hourly
- Co-Ops hours:
- Up to 40 per week during school breaks
- Up to 20 per week during school
