Bio: Jayme Anne Goldberg is the Founder of Consequential Flowers, an educational technology company with a mission to empower ambitious, young people to thrive as bold, self-directed leaders. Her core values are equality, interconnection, innovation, integrity, and accountability. She recently led the launch of BloomRadius, a web-based activity tracking application that combines AI, machine learning, leadership experience, and educational neuroscience to achieve her company mission. BloomRadius gamifies the cultivation of self-leadership skills that are essential to thrive in the fourth industrial revolution, can be learned through life experience, and are not taught in school.

Goldberg blends her diverse strategic, entrepreneurial, and data analytics expertise with her passion for accelerating young people’s path to bold, self-leadership. As a visionary with a track record of successfully implementing ideas to create value in fragmented industries, she is a frequent speaker on leadership and entrepreneurship. Prior to starting Consequential Flowers, she co-founded SilverLine Athletics – a consumer data analytics company. She also served as Chief Strategy Officer for a BNY Mellon investment subsidiary (now known as CenterSquare) and as an investment analyst at General Motors Asset Management. She is a member of The Critical Thinking Institute's Advisory Board, served on the External Advisory Board of Penn State Schreyer Honors College, provides volunteer mentorship for college students, and volunteers for Why Not Prosper 501c3. Goldberg earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business and Schreyer Honors College with honors in finance. She has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and completed the Leadership Philadelphia Core Program.
