Gerald Homme
Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Technology
Gerald Homme is the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Technology at Bender Consulting Services, bringing nearly 20 years of experience advancing disability employment and inclusive workforce practices. He leads talent acquisition initiatives, oversees Bender’s Workplace Mentoring Program supporting professionals with disabilities placed through the company, and guides workplace accommodation strategies with employer partners. Gerald also manages digital accessibility initiatives and internal technology operations. He is a passionate advocate for inclusive, competitive employment for people with disabilities.
Jill Zomp
Manager, Talent Acquisition
Jill is the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bender Consulting Services, where she leads recruiting strategy and talent placement initiatives with federal and private sector organizations. With over 15 years of experience in human resources and workforce development, she is passionate about connecting individuals with meaningful career opportunities. Jill also supports career preparation initiatives such as resume development, employer partnerships, and hiring events. She serves as the Pennsylvania and Delaware Regional Coordinator for Disability Mentoring Day through Bender Leadership Academy and previously worked in higher education supporting students with disabilities in their transition to the workforce.
