Donald Eckrod III '16

Don Eckrod lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but originally grew up in McLean, Virginia. He comes from a proud Penn State family—his father graduated from Penn State in 1986, and the university has been a family tradition ever since. Additionally, both of Don’s siblings (Hunter and Erika) graduated from the School of IST. Don has always been fascinated by technology and enjoys keeping up with the latest developments in IT and artificial intelligence. When he's not working, Don stays busy with a variety of hobbies. He currently practices Kung Fu, spends countless nights exploring the stars as an avid amateur astronomer, and enjoys hunting, gaming, and traveling whenever he gets the chance.
