Penn State Global collaborates with units across the university to provide both international and domestic students with the Global Careers Institute, an opportunity to prepare students for their career success in a rapidly changing and globalized world of work. It is a 1.5 full-day professional development program where students can learn directly from leaders who are adapting to our changing world to impact their workplace, industry, and address global challenges.

The conference will be from March 17 – 18, 2023 at Penn State University Campus. A welcome dinner for all participants on Friday, March 17 at 6 pm will kick off our programming at the Penn Stater Hotel, with keynote speakers from university leadership and key alumni. Students can choose their main career focus from one of the three tracks:

• Careers in the United States: a track for international students pursuing employment in the United States
• Careers outside of the United States: a track for US students pursuing employment outside of the United States
• Global Careers at Home and Abroad: a track for any student regardless of location
