Dr. Katherine Hamilton received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Penn State University with a minor in Management and Organization Behavior. She currently teaches statistics and research methods in the College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) at Penn State and conducts research on team effectiveness, particularly in the areas of virtual teams, team cognition, and team conflict. Dr. Hamilton's research has been presented at several professional conferences over the past 13 years and been published in such journals as the Journal of Management and Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice.
