David Reese '78

David serves as Chairman of API Media, a provider of live-event related services including the provision of IPTV based solutions to the professional sports industry. He served as Chairman of API Systems, Inc., an IT cloud services provider whose clients included Fortune 500 companies in the pharma, insurance, and media and telecom industries. He departed the API Systems' board in 2020 upon the sale of the Company's IT business to Virtusa Corporation, a global provider of digital business transformation, digital engineering, and information technology outsourcing services. David previously served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of ACTV Inc., a NASDAQ listed digital media company. He arranged the sale of ACTV to a subsidiary of Liberty Media. He began his career with Deloitte, where he specialized in the consumer electronics field.
