David most recently led the development of growth strategies for Leidos, a global technology and science solutions leader. He worked with the Leidos Chief Executive Officer, business unit Presidents, and Board of Directors to develop and communicate strategies for growth, Mergers & Acquisitions, and divestitures to create long-term value for the enterprise. Previously, David led Leidos’ business development and strategy for the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI, as well as strategic development for Lockheed Martin’s $5 billion IT services business and $3 billion civil IT services business. David earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Penn State University, Executive MBA from Purdue University, and Master's of Science in Government IT from Syracuse University.
