Biography:

Steve is responsible for overseeing market leader Dynatrace's global sales, field engineering, and channel initiatives. Prior to his appointment at Dynatrace, Pace was the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Raytheon's Cyber Security Products Group (now Forecepoint). He also currently sits on the Board of Advisors for Boston-based security start-up, Pwnie Express, and on the board of Servemerge, a 501(c)(3) Organization that bridges the widening gap between Volunteers and those seeking assistance with Service Projects.

Pace has more than 30 years' experience in information technology, including enterprise software, network management, storage management, security management, cloud computing, SaaS, managed application and data center services, and Application Performance Management.

Steve has also served as senior vice president of sales and services for Core Security, a global leader in predictive security intelligence, Senior Vice President of Operations, and a founding member of Chosen Security, a leading provider of on-demand digital identity services, and vice president of worldwide sales with GeoTrust, where he was responsible for direct and channel sales efforts, leading the company though an explosive growth phase that culminated in its acquisition by VeriSign.

Pace's experience also includes executive roles at NaviSite, Seagate, NetScout and IBM.

Pace graduated from Penn State with honors and a degree in Electrical Engineering, and he also studied at the University of Arizona while at IBM. He also serves on the IST Advisory Board with the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State.
