David Rusenko is the CEO and co-founder of Weebly, a tech start-up based out of San Francisco, California. Weebly enables anyone to create a unique, high quality site with no HTML experience. Today, over 100 million people a month visit one of the 15 million sites created on Weebly -- 60% of people starting a site on Weebly are entrepreneurs.
Rusenko was named to the Forbes “30 under 30” list in 2011 and 2012. He is also the youngest recipient of the Penn State Alumni Achievement Award, winning it in 2010. Weebly has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Newsweek, Inc., Entrepreneur, NBC and BBC.
Rusenko is a 2007 graduate of the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State. He is a member of the IST Advisory Board and recently endowed two entrepreneurship-focused scholarships. Rusenko is an active angel investor including investments in Parse, Cue and Exec.
