Biography:

Dr. Craig A. Cuyar is the Global Chief Information Officer of Omnicom. He is based in New York, New York, and has global responsibility for Omnicom’s Information Technology strategy and operations.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2008, Dr. Cuyar served as a CIO for sixteen years in a variety of professional services industries including healthcare, advertising, and residential and commercial real estate. He was most recently the CIO for the Realogy Franchise Group, a global franchisor of some of the most recognized brands in the real estate industry including Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate®, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®,Coldwell Banker Commercial®, ERA®, and Sotheby’s International Realty®.

Dr. Cuyar is an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University where he teaches graduate level courses in Supply Chain Management and Strategic IT Operations Management. In addition to his teaching commitments he also mentors graduate-level students at Columbia University and IT professionals for the CIO Executive Council and the New Jersey Chapter of the Society for Information Management.

He speaks regularly at professional conferences and serves on Executive Advisory Boards for AT&T, Avaya, and Savvis. Dr. Cuyar is also a member of the Advisory Board for the College of Information Sciences and Technology at The Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Society for Information Management, having twice served as President of the organization.

Dr. Cuyar holds Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Finance from the Rutgers Business School.
