This course is a graduate-level course on user-centered design research methods. The methods will most likely be directly applicable in your future professional life! You will find them to be widely applicable. You will be able to use them when designing a service, information system, product, and business plan. This class will help you get started on answering the question: how do we design things that are useful, usable, and enjoyable? By taking this course, you will become more familiar with the following core user experience (UX) evaluation methodologies:
- Heuristic Evaluation
- Cognitive Walkthroughs
- Competitive Analysis
- Usability Testing
