Shomir Wilson, assistant professor in the College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST), has been selected as a participant in the Fall 2024 Penn State Emerging Academic Leaders (PSEAL) program. This initiative, a collaborative effort between Faculty Affairs and Penn State Human Resources Talent Management, is designed to elevate the leadership potential of faculty. 

The PSEAL program integrates instructor-led seminars with mentorship opportunities. This format enables participants to delve into various leadership approaches and formulate their unique leadership philosophies.
