Exam Accommodations

If you have 1.5x or 2x exam accommodations through the Office of Student Disability Resources (SDR), you can take quizzes and exams for this course in the College of IST testing room in E160 Westgate. These exams are in a distraction-reduced space and monitored by trained proctors. Use the link below to schedule your exams/quizzes. Faculty have two options for scheduling make-up exams in the IST Testing Center. The process you choose will depend on whether your course assistant(s) will be present to administer the exam, or if you prefer to have one of IST’s trained proctors oversee it. Following the correct procedure ensures the testing center is reserved and staffed appropriately.

Option 1: Course Assistant Proctoring

• If your course assistant(s) will proctor the exam, have them email istfrontdesk@psu.edu to reserve the testing center.

Option 2: IST Proctoring

• If you would like your exam monitored by IST’s trained proctors, complete the IST Proctored Make-Up Exam Request Form.

• The IST Front Desk will contact you to confirm details and request additional information if needed.
