Erica Fleming

Erica Fleming is the Faculty Lead for Teaching and Learning in the College of IST. She runs both the Learning Assistant and Peer Tutoring programs in the college, along with faculty development and student disability resources. In addition to her role in IST, she is also a Ph.D. candidate in Curriculum and Instruction in the College of Education. She lives in Bellefonte with her family and enjoys hiking, knitting, and reading in her spare time.

Jeremy is a Cybersecurity Analytics and Operations major and is pursuing the Smeal College Business Fundamentals Certificate. He intends to graduate in May of 2029. In addition to tutoring, Jeremy is also an active member of the Penn State Competitive Cybersecurity Organization (CCSO) and loves to continuously learn and improve his coding abilities and cybersecurity skills.
