World Campus Course Management at IST
World Campus courses at IST are managed by the Office of Learning Design. Individual course sections are copied from the course’s master Course Template and each course has an instructional designer assigned to support it.
Course Template Model
World Campus courses at IST are managed using a course template model. One master course template is developed and maintained, and each semester all sections of that course being taught are copied from the course template.
This method eliminates the development burden for instructors while teaching and ensures a consistent curriculum for all students taking the course.

Course Support
Every IST World Campus course has a learning designer assigned to support it (and a backup, just in case). If you have questions or comments about a course, use this link to find out who to contact.
