IST cybersecurity alumna selected as Young Alumni Ambassador

The Penn State Alumni Association has selected 14 recent graduates as 2025-26 Young Alumni Ambassadors. The year-long experience enhances the connections between young alumni, the Penn State Alumni Association, and the University, and helps participants develop skills to become future volunteer leaders.

College of IST alumna Maurielle Evans, who earned a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity from Penn State Harrisburg in May 2025, was selected after an extensive interview process. She combines her technical background in cybersecurity with her passion for equestrian instruction as a therapeutic riding instructor at Leg Up Farm.
