Designed to close the gap between talent and opportunity, the Virtual Career Fair provides direct access to diverse, job-ready candidates while equipping both students and employers with the tools and confidence to succeed in inclusive recruitment.

Why Attend the Virtual Career Fair?
Each fair includes personalized virtual training sessions for both audiences with students receiving hands-on coaching to strengthen resumes, interviewing skills, and self-advocacy, while employers learn best practices for inclusive hiring, accommodations, and workplace accessibility. Together, these sessions ensure a meaningful, results-driven experience for every participant.

Students & Grads

Particularly anyone who has had a 504, IEP, and/or school accommodation(s) during your education.
