Job-Posting System (Compass)
Compass is IST’s free,
job posting system that makes it easy for employers to recruit talented
and dynamic IST students for job opportunities. With Compass you can:
- Create/edit jobs for recruiting efforts with IST
- Request reservations for your anticipated interview date
- Search, view, download, and print student resumes for review
- Email students who have submitted resumes
- Pre-select students for interviews
- Access interview schedules
Compass is available for recruitment of IST students only. Please contact the MBNA Career Services Center for services related to University-wide or multiple-school recruitment.
