Stephen Murgas is IST's new manager of network operations at the University Park campus and succeeds Charles Hooks, who has taken a new position in Washington, D.C. Steve has served as a senior support and training analyst with Penn State World Campus. He will lead a team that also includes Troy Herrington and John O'Donnell.
Amy Shilling is a new part-time staff assistant in the IST Advising Center, Thomas Building, University Park. She joins the school from the College of Agricultural Sciences USDA Pasture Lab and the South Hills School of Business and Technology.
Susan Van Vactor has accepted the staff assistant position previously held by Heather Rhodes in Thomas Building at University Park. Susan formerly held a position with Penn State Document Services and brings with her a variety of office and business knowledge.
