This semester, the IST Student Government has been extremely active—sponsoring numerous events while planning others for spring. The activities held thus far in 2002-03 have included an Involvement Fair to encourage students to join an IST organization, a feedback session to identify improvements to enhance the IST program, and meetings to encourage all IST students to get involved in the Student Government.
The rest of this school year will be equally busy, as we plan to undertake the following:

- IST THON Team
- IST Formal and Awards Banquet
- New York City Field Trip
- IST Yearbook
- Leadership Training Conference
- Martin Luther King Day of Service
- Student/Faculty Bowling Event
