Included in the proceedings are five papers co-authored by Michael McNeese, associate professor, and graduate students in his research lab, the User Science and Engineering Lab; a paper co-authored by McNeese and Jansen; a paper by Frank Ritter; and a paper by Jack Carroll and Mary Beth Rosson.
