ISTBA Courses
The bachelor of arts degree in information sciences and technology (ISTBA) allows you to customize your curriculum with the help of an academic adviser. In order to enter the ISTBA program, you must submit a proposal by your third semester outlining your educational goals, and earn a grade of C or better in two of the following courses by the second semester of your sophomore year:
All students must take two of the following courses to be considered for the ISTBA degree:
- IST 110: Introduction to Information, People, and Technology
- IST 130: Emerging Technologies in Popular Culture
- IST 210: Organization of Data
- IST 220: Networking and Telecommunications
