Associate's Degree in IST

IST’s Associate Degree (2IST) programs prepare you for immediate and continuing employment opportunities in the broad disciplines of information science and technology, as graduates go into fields as application programmers, network managers or web designers. You could also use the IST Associate degree program towards a bachelor’s degree.

2IST programs are offered at various campus locations throughout the Commonwealth. Team projects in most courses, a required internship, and a second year capstone experience provide additional, focused venues for involving students in the cutting-edge issues and technologies in the field.
