Biography
Prerana Dalal is a consultant within the Technology practice at Deloitte
Consulting LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm. During
her tenure, she has been involved with Decision Support Services which
focuses on information management, business intelligence, reporting, and
data warehousing within the Public Sector. Dalal’s experience also
includes development of custom solutions and process improvement for
Child Welfare Systems. Outside work, she leads the Penn State Women in
Technology group for Deloitte.
Dalal holds an undergraduate
degree in Information Sciences Technology from Pennsylvania State
University. She is the current President of the IST Alumni Society and
holds a position on the Penn State Alumni Council.
In her spare
time, she enjoys competitive Latin Ballroom Dancing, a hobby that she
discovered while at Penn State and now continues with the Art and Style
Dance Studio in Pittsburgh.
