Biography
Joseph T. Bernardo is a Professional Engineer at the Pennsylvania State University Applied Research Laboratory. He has twenty-four years of experience in private industry at AT&T, Telcordia, Lucent Technologies, and Raytheon. He received a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Bernardo is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG). He is an Oracle Certified Professional.
