Biography:

Dr. Clark is a senior lecturer at Penn State University’s College of Information Sciences and Technology and Director of IST’s Consulting Solutions Program. He teaches courses in enterprise architecture, systems design and development, IT project management, professional services theory and practice, business process management, and global prescience.
