Biography
Cathy Pomanti has more than thirty years experience in the management
and technology consulting business, specifically in IT strategy, package
implementation, and custom application development and integration of
enabling technology to solve business problems.
In her current
role, she is responsible for KPMG’s Advisory Services business for state
and local government in the mid-atlantic region of the country. She is
part of KPMG’s Harrisburg, PA office.
In prior years she served
as executive vice president of BearingPoint where she was responsible
for BearingPoint’s State & Local Government and Education practice
for North America.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree
in Computer Science from Penn State, Cathy began a career in the
systems integration consulting practice of KPMG – now BearingPoint, Inc.
She is part of BearingPoint’s Public Services leadership team, and
served on KPMG’s Board of Directors.
Cathy and her husband Tom are the parents of a son and daughter.
