Biography
Dr. Craig A. Cuyar is the Global Chief Information Officer of Cushman & Wakefield, a commercial real estate services provider with operations in 63 countries. He is based in New York, New York, and has global responsibility for Cushman & Wakefield’s Information Technology strategy and operations.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2008, Dr. Cuyar served as a CIO for sixteen years in a variety of professional services industries including healthcare, advertising, and residential and commercial real estate. He was most recently the CIO for the Realogy Franchise Group, a global franchisor of some of the most recognized brands in the real estate industry including Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate®, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, ERA®, and Sotheby’s International Realty®.
Dr. Cuyar is an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University and currently teaches Supply Chain Management in their Executive Master of Science in Technology Management program. In addition to his teaching commitments he also mentors graduate-level students at Columbia University and IT professionals for the CIO Executive Council and the New Jersey Chapter of the Society for Information Management.
He speaks regularly at professional conferences and serves on Executive Advisory Boards for Avaya, Savvis, Argus Software, and Zillow. Dr. Cuyar is also a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Society for Information Management and has twice served as President of the organization.
Dr. Cuyar holds Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Finance from the Rutgers Business School.
Dr. Cuyar is a resident of Randolph, NJ with his wife and three daughters. In his spare time he enjoys coaching sports teams for his daughters and fly-fishing.
