IST for Labor Studies and Employment Relations (ISLER) - Overview
The ISLER minor is designed to provide students the opportunity to develop working knowledge of information technology, labor and employment relations, and their interdisciplinary synergies.
The joint minor is designed to prepare students for professional careers in human resource management, labor relations, information systems, software development, consulting and government.
Applying to the ISLER Minor
- Application for minors will be accepted anytime after a student has achieved at least fifth semester classification. However, a student must apply and be accepted before the end of the regular add/drop period of his/her final semester.
- There is a one-time nonrefundable tuition surcharge of $750 (USD) assessed by the Office of the Bursar when the student is formally entered into the ISLER minor.
- A grade of C or better is required for all courses in this minor.
