Internship (IST 495) Grade Requirements

What are the Requirements to Earn My Grade?

Follow the link provided on this page to the Internship Experience Forms. This form will provide you with the information you need to earn a grade for your internship. You will receive a failing grade if these forms are not complete and turned in by the deadline date. You can take up to a maximum of two consecutive semesters to complete the 300 hour internship requirement with prior permission from the internship coordinator.

If you anticipate a delay in the submission of your materials by the due date, email the internship coordinator and ask for an extension. Missed deadlines are not tolerated unless you contact the internship coordinator first. If materials are not graded in time for the registrar's grade submission deadlines, you will receive a Deferred Grade (DF) until the grading is complete.
