Our mission is to help students achieve their fullest academic potential and to foster their growth by encouraging them to make informed decisions based on their interests, abilities, values, and goals. We help our students to become self-directed learners and decision makers as well as leaders in the IST and Penn State communities.

- Administrative functions such as, change of major, change of campus, re-enrollment, leave of absence, withdrawal, and Faculty Senate Petitions
- Course substitutions and degree audit updates
- Transfer credits
- Entrance to major (ETM)
- First-Year Testing, Consulting and Advising Program (FTCAP)
- Graduation and spring commencement
- Undergraduate student listservs
